Movie poster of "Basic Instinct
2" | Stone is back playing scheming killer Catherine Tramell in the long-awaited
sequel to the 1992 original crime thriller, and she has promised even more
nudity and "kinky stuff" in the movie.
The 48-year-old actress was horrified when she found sexy sequences were
cut to ensure the film received an NC-17 rating in America, meaning only 17s and
over can see it, it is reported.
Stone says: "I wanted a lot of sex in the sequel.
"When I saw the rough cut of the film they had taken a
lot of stuff out and I asked, 'Where's all the crazy stuff I did? What are we
toning it down for?'"
Stone shocked the viewing public in the first movie
when she infamously uncrossed her legs in front of Michael Douglas and the scene
went down in movie history.
The performance has previously been voted as one of the "sexiest moments"
of all time and Stone wants the next installment to be just as appealing.
