BRUSSELS, March 12 (Xinhuanet) -- Former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic said in a letter that he was "seriously concerned and worried" about the drugs he had been given.

The letter was written to the Russian embassy a day before his death on Saturday in UN custody, his legal advisor Zdenko Tomanovic told reporters on Sunday.

"They would like to poison me" and "I'm seriously concerned and worried," Tomanovic quoted Milosevic as saying in the letter.

Milosevic said there were "strong drugs" in his medical report, which are used for treating leprosy or tuberculosis only, according to Tomanovic. Enditem
