GAZA, March 7 (Xinhuanet) - The Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC), which is overwhelmed by parliament members from the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), convened on Tuesday in a second session in both Gaza and Ramallah, as members of the Fatah movement decided to boycott it.

Meanwhile, Fatah members preferred to boycott the session after the arguments showed up in Monday's first session with Hamas members around the fact that Hamas wanted to delete former motions which were passed by the former PLC in its last session held on Feb. 13.
