HARBIN, March 3 (Xinhuanet) -- A series of activities will be held over a five-day period from March 6-10 in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, to promote the cooperation between women of China and Russia.

    Women from the two countries will attend a China-Russia "Women forum" and will visit Harbin training center for women, a children's center, a kindergarten and an urban construction site in the city. Chinese and Russian women entrepreneurs will exchanges their experience in running successful businesses.

    These activities are expected to enhance the friendship and understanding between women of the two countries, which in turn will contribute to the development and cooperation between China and Russia, organizers of the event said. Enditem
