Saddam trial adjourned until next Monday

 BAGHDAD, April 19 (Xinhua) -- The trial of Saddam Hussein on charges of crimes against humanity was adjourned until next Monday,the chief judge said on Wednesday.

The trial of former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein and his seven co-defendants has beenad journed again until April 19, chief judge Rauf Abdel Rahman announced on Monday.

 BAGHDAD, April 17 (Xinhua) -- The trial of former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein and his seven co-defendants has been adjourned again until April 19. The adjournment came after a brief session on Monday morning when all the eight defendants appeared in the court.
