    BAGHDAD, Feb. 28 (Xinhuanet) -- At least 23 people were killed and 45 others wounded as a car bomb went off in a popular market near a Shiite mosque in northern Baghdad on Tuesday, Interior Ministry source told Xinhua. Enditem
