    WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 (Xinhuanet) -- U.S. economy increased at an annual rate of 1.6 percent in the fourth quarter of 2005, the slowest pace in three years but higher than the 1.1 percent rate which reported at the end of January, the Commerce Department reported on Tuesday. Enditem
