    PARIS, Feb. 27 (Xinhuanet) -- Cases of the deadly H5N1 strain of bird flu have been detected in Niger, which became the second African country after one was reported in neighboring Nigeria, the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) said on Monday. Enditem
