GAZA, Feb. 12 (Xinhuanet) -- Musheer al-Masri, newly elected parliament member of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said on Sunday that a number of parliamentary parties had agreed to join a national coalition cabinet with Hamas.
Al-Masri told reporters that a number of parties who won in the Jan. 25 legislative elections had expressed readiness to join a national coalition cabinet which would be formed by Hamas.
However, he rejected to reveal about the identities of the parties.
Hamas movement achieved a vast victory in the January parliamentary election and has the right to form the next Palestinian cabinet, which Hamas prefers to be a coalition one. Enditem |
