Urgent: Sharon's condition worse: hospital

    JERUSALEM, Feb. 11 (Xinhuanet) -- The comatose Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon's condition was worse, hospital officials said on Saturday.

    The prime minister was undergoing a surgery after doctors found damage in his stomach, the hospital said.

    Sharon has remained in a coma after he suffered a massive stroke on Jan. 4. Enditem
