Polish minister says agreement reached on EU VAT deal

     VIENNA, Feb. 1 (Xinhuanet) -- Poland has conditionally given its agreement to a proposal on reduced value-added tax rates in the European Union, Polish Finance Minister Zyta Gilowska said on Wednesday, removing the last major obstacle to a deal.  Enditem
