EU-3 tables draft resolution on Iran

    VIENNA, Feb. 1 (Xinhuanet) -- France, Germany and Britain, which represent the European Union (EU), tabled here on Tuesday a draft resolution on Iran's nuclear issue to the IAEA Board of Governors, urging the issue be referred to the UN Security Council.  Enditem
