Car bomb hits US-Iraqi military patrol in Baghdad

   BAGHDAD, Jan. 23 (Xinhuanet) -- A car bomb blast struck a joint U.S. and Iraqi military patrol in southwestern Baghdad on Monday, an Interior Ministry source told Xinhua.
