Urgent: Chinese chemical company to purchase French Adisseo with 400 mln euros

    BEIJING, Jan. 13 (Xinhuanet) -- China National Blue-star (Group) Corporation is expected to acquire French animal nutrition supplement producer Adisseo for 400 million euros next week, a source with the Chinese company said here Friday.

    The deal will mark the largest purchase case between China and France so far, said the company official. Enditem
