JERUSALEM, Jan. 6 (Xinhuanet) -- Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon remained in critical but stable condition after undergoing a third surgery with two days to stem bleeding in his brain, a hospital official said Friday.
The CT scan showed that the 77-year-old Sharon had "significant improvement" in his condition and was returned to intensive care after the over three-hour operation, said director of Jerusalem Hadassah Hospital Dr. Shlomo Mor-Yosef.
He said Sharon's intracranial pressure was reduced and clot drained and blood pressure returned to normal. Enditem |
