JERUSALEM, Jan. 5 (Xinhuanet) -- Israeli Prime
Minister Ariel Sharon's operation for a brain haemorrhage is "coming to an
end,"a hospital spokesman said Thursday.
"The operation is coming to an end," Yael Bossam
Levy, a spokesman for Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem, was quoted as saying by
Israel's public radio.
Levy made the remarks six hours after the surgery
began, adding that more details would be released at a press conference in the
hospital before 7:00 am (0500 GMT).
Sharon, 77, suffered a serious stroke with "massive
