KABUL, Jan. 2 (Xinhuanet) -- Three people including the suicide attacker were killed in a suicide explosion in the southern Afghan province of Kandahar on Monday, police chief of the province Abdul Hakim told Xinhua.

    A suicide bomber detonated explosives in a car near a convoy of foreign soldiers in Kandahar, killing himself and other two people.

    Kandahar has been the scene of a spate of attacks, including suicide bombings, by Taliban guerrillas in recent months. Enditem
