communications minister before his new appointment as the Party secretary of
Central China's Hunan Province.
And Wang Yang, 50, who became deputy
secretary-general of the State Council two years ago, was appointed the Party

These appointments are considered the biggest

the people of the province.
"I hope I can contribute to economic growth, improve

province," Zhang said.
