Less Swedes agree to adopt euro
www.chinaview.cn 2005-12-21 04:59:43

STOCKHOLM, Dec. 20 (Xinhuanet) -- A new poll shows that Swedes are more opposed than ever to adopting the euro, Radio Sweden reported on Tuesday.

Forty-nine percent now say they would vote against joining the European single currency if there was a new referendum, while 36 percent say they would vote yes. The rest were undecided.
