Premier Wen returns home after visits to Europe, Asia

    BEIJING, Dec. 15 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao returned to Beijing Thursday night after his official visits to France, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Portugal and Malaysia.

    Wen also attended the ninth Summit between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the ninth ASEAN plus China, Japan and the Republic of Korea Summit and the FirstEast Asian Summit held in Kuala Lumpur.

    Wen started his tour on Dec. 4 at the invitation of French Prime Minister Dominique Galouzeau de Villepin, Slovakian Prime Minister Mikulas Dzurinda, Czech Prime Minister Jiri Paroubek, Portuguese Prime Minister Jose Socrates, and Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. Enditem
