    BEIJING, Dec. 15 (Xinhuanet) -- A total of 411,000 road accidents occurred from January to November in China, with 89,749 people killed, down 11.3 percent and 7.6 percent year-on-year respectively, Li Jiexiong, an official with the Chinese Ministry of Public Security said here Thursday.
