Chinese premier kicks off visit to Slovakia

    BRATISLAVA, Dec. 7 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao arrived here on Wednesday to begin a two-day official visit to Slovakia, the second leg of his current five-nation tour.

    During the visit in Slovakia, Wen will hold talks with top Slovak leaders including the president, the prime minister and the parliament speaker.

    Wen flew in from France following a four-day official visit to France.

    France was the first leg of Wen's five-nation Europe-Asia tour, which will also take him to the Czech Republic, Portugal and Malaysia.
