Polluted water in NE. China river may reach Russian border

    BEIJING, Nov. 24 (Xinhuanet) -- The polluted water in northeast China's Songhua River is expected to flow into the Heilong River (called Amur River in Russia) on the Sino-Russian border in around14 days judging from the current flow speed, China's environment authority said here on Thursday.
