    NAIROBI, Nov. 23 (Xinhuanet) -- Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki Wednesday dissolved his entire cabinet, a day after the proposed draft constitution was rejected in a referendum. He said the new lineup will be announced in two weeks. Enditem
