MOSCOW, Nov. 19 (Xinhuanet) -- A Cessna light plane crashed Saturday night near Moscow, capital of Russia, and all the eight people aboard were feared dead, news agencies reported Sunday.

    The agencies said the jet burst into flames after it hit the ground and Ignor Olshansky, an assisstant to a State Duma lawmaker,was among the passengers. And the identity of other passengers were not known.
