BUSAN, South Korea, Nov. 19 (Xinhuanet) -- Economic Leaders from the 21 member economies of the Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum wound up their two-day annual meeting here Saturday with the issuing of a declaration, stressing free trade.
