KABUL, Nov. 14 (Xinhuanet) -- Two persons including a German soldier and the suicide attacker were killed and two other soldiers injured in a suicide bombing in Afghan capital Kabul Monday afternoon, a local policeman said.

"The suicide attacker rammed his car to a jeep of German soldiers serving in NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) just now," a local policeman told Xinhua at the site of bloody incident.

"I along with my colleagues took away two injured soldiers of German units working with ISAF while the body of a soldier and the attacker were lying on the site," he added.

"Two legs of one of the ill-fated soldier were blown up in the explosion," the policeman added.

However, he refused to be identified by saying he is not authorized to comment.

The wreckage of the attacker's car a corolla was scattered on the road and nearby pathways while the damaged jeep of German soldiers was stopped on the roadside.

This event took place in Pul-e-Charkhi road, some 8 km east of the city, at 3 o'clock local time, and immediately Afghan police and ISAF troops cordoned off the area.

High-ranking officials declined to comment about this affair bysaying they would talk to the press after completing the investigation. Enditem
