    HONG KONG, Nov. 11 (Xinhuanet) -- An earthquake measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale rocked southeastern Siberia 3:37 a.m. Friday, according to the Hong Kong Observatory.

    The epicenter was initially determined to be 57.5 north latitude, 120.5 east longitude, about 710 kilometers southwest of the city of Yakutsk. Enditem
