Great Wall asks for face lifting
www.chinaview.cn 2005-11-10 09:31:37

BEIJING, Nov. 10 -- The Badaling Great Wall is asking for help to heal its old wounds.

The Great Wall, one of the most famous ancient wonders in the world, has a history of over two thousand years.

However, scratches written in pinyin, English or Chinese characters can be seen almost everywhere in the body of the Great Wall.

In order to stop this vandalizm and renew the original appearance, the Chinese Great Wall Association and the Badaling Great Wall Committee are asking for ideas from the community.
