BAGHDAD, Nov. 8 (Xinhuanet) -- A car bomb blast struck a police patrol near al-Mustansriyh University in eastern Baghdad on Tuesday, wounding three civilians, an Interior Ministry source told Xinhua.

"A booby-trapped vehicle parking on the side of a road near agate of al-Mustansriyh University detonated at about 9:00 a.m. (0600 GMT), wounding three civilians and damaging three cars, including a police vehicle," the source said.
