Mortar shell hits Baghdad square, killing four

    BAGHDAD, Nov. 7 (Xinhuanet) -- A mortar shell hit a square in eastern Baghdad on Monday, killing four civilians and wounding six others, an Interior Ministry source said.

    "A mortar shell landed in al-Mustansriyah Square in eastern Baghdad at about 3:20 p.m. (1220 GMT), killing four civilians and wounding six others," the source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.

    Meanwhile, Iraqi police found three bodies in execution style and with a bullet in the head in southern Baghdad, Captain Ahmed Abdullah of Baghdad police told Xinhua. Enditem
