Man rescued alive 21 days after earthquake in Pakistan

    ISLAMABAD, Nov. 1 (Xinhuanet) -- A 26-year-old young man has been rescued alive from the debris of his collapsed house 21 days after the Oct. 8 earthquake that hit the area in Alai, Pakistan's official television PTV reported on Tuesday.

    Saeed ur Rehman has been shifted to Ayyub Medical Complex Abbottabad, which is about 80 kilometers northwest of Islamabad, said the report. According to doctors, it will take two months for Saeed ur Rehman to fully recover. Enditem
