China to implement regulation on anesthetics, medicine on mental conditions

    BEIJING, Oct. 31 (Xinhuanet) -- China will formally implement a set of regulations on anesthetics and medicine on mental conditions from Nov. 1, a government official announced.

    Shao Mingli, director of the State Food and Drug Administration, said at a press conference here Monday that the state will strive to meet the legitimate demand for such medicines and meanwhile prevent them from flowing into illegal channels. Enditem
