NEW DELHI, Oct. 30 (Xinhuanet) -- A militant group, calling itself as Inqilab, Sunday claimed responsibility for the three serial blasts that killed 61 and injured about 200 in Delhi Saturday, PTI reported.

A man identifying himself as Ahmad Yaar Gaznavi, spokesman of the group, called several media in Srinagar, the summer capital of India-controlled Kashmir, Sunday saying that the activists of the outfit had carried out the bomb explosions in Delhi.

He also claimed that it was in response to the activities of Indian security forces in India-controlled Kashmir. Enditem
