GAZA, Oct. 28 (Xinhuanet) -- A Palestinian militant was killed on Friday as a missile fired by Israeli airplanes hit his car in northern Gaza, medics said.
The militant, identified as Majid Natat, died after he was sent to a hospital officials said, adding that another people was wounded in the attack.
The 28-year-old was killed after the missile hit his Subaru as he was travelling in the northern Gaza town of Beit Hanoun.
Natat was a member of al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, an armed offshoot of the mainstream Fatah movement led by Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas. The attack came one day after at least seven Palestinians were killed and nine others wounded in an Israeli air strike in northern Gaza, a senior Islamic Jihad militant among the killed.
