    BEIJING, Oct. 27 (Xinhuanet) -- One person is entitled to applying for opening limited corporation with minimum capital investment of 100,000 yuan, according to the newly-adopted amendment of law on corporation.

    The amendment draft of law on corporation, after the third reading, was on Thursday voted to adopt at the 18th session of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress, which concluded on Thursday. Enditem
