"Afghan government appreciates Pakistani government for this since it's a new page for the relation of the two countries, and it is a success on the war against terrorists which will help to end Taliban's crime in Afghanistan," it said.

Latif Hakimi, the mouthpiece of Taliban militias was detained from Quetta the capital of southwest Balouchistan province of Pakistan on October 4. After that, Afghanistan has been waiting for the extradition of him from Pakistan.
