NANJING, East China, Oct. 22 (Xinhuanet) -- Li Yanxi of Hebei claimed the title of men's triple jump at the 10th Chinese National Games here on Saturday.

Li got a dreaming start to soar to 16.95 meters to take the gold, beating Lin Mujie of Fujian to the second place in 16.50 meters.

"I was lucky today, and after the first try, I established my leading position. No one challenged me after the first attempt, and I kept the leading position to the end, " said Li.

The bronze went to Xinjiang's Li Ming in 16.46 meters. Enditem
