Top legislature deliberates motion on approving UN Convention against Corruption

    BEIJING, Oct. 22 (Xinhuanet) -- China's top legislature, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), started to deliberate the motion on approving the United Nations Convention against Corruption at its 18th session, which began on Saturday.

    The motion was submitted by the State Council, the Chinese government, which endorsed the United Nations Convention against Corruption in December, 2003. Enditem
