Militants holding hostages in Russia

    MOSCOW, Oct. 13 (Xinhuanet) -- Several militants are holding hostages in a building of third police station in Nalchik, capitalcity of North Caucasus of Russia, Presidential envoy Kozak told Itar-Tass on Thursday.

    At the same time, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed security forces to take every effort to destroy all the militants who wants to resist in the North Caucasus city.
