Earthquake jolts sea waters east of Philippines

    HONG KONG, Oct. 10 (Xinhuanet) -- An earthquake measuring 5.6 on the Richter scale jolted sea waters east of Catanduanes, the Philippines, at 7:12 p.m. (1212 GMT) on Monday.

    According to the Hong Kong Observatory, the epicenter was initially determined to be 13.4 north latitude and 125.0 east longitude, about 140 km east-northeast of Legaspi. Enditem
