Lau takes lead role in comic book
www.chinaview.cn 2005-10-10 11:00:50

BEIJING, Oct. 10 -- Having carved a name for himself in the music and movie businesses, veteran Hong Kong entertainer Andy Lau is now branching out into the world of comic books.

Lau told reporters in Taipei that his image would soon star in a new comic book as part of a multimedia project linking a movie, CD and radio play.

The book, by Taiwanese cartoonist Chung Meng-shun, is entitled All About Love, just like the music collection and radio play that came out earlier in August.

All About Love is set for release in October.

The cartoonist designed several versions of Lau before he made the final choice, Lau said, admitting he had not yet read the final product.
