LONDON, Sept. 27 (Xinhuanet) -- A campaigner of a father's rights group breached security at the Houses of Parliament in London and climbed onto the roof of the building unfurling a protest banner, Sky News TV reported on Tuesday.

The Fathers 4 Justice protester, Guy Harrison, said he was making his protest to coincide with Tony Blair's speech to the Labor Party conference in Brighton with his banner reading: "Does Blair Care?" and "For Fawkes sake, change family law".

Guy Harrison, who participated in a fathers' rights protest at the House of Commons in May 2004, staged his demonstration on Tuesday to coincide with Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair's keynote address at the Labour Party Conference in Brighton.

"I'm a businessman, not a terrorist," he shouted on the roof, while armed police officers waited some 40 feet below.

He confirmed to Sky News that he entered the building as a visitor and made his way to the roof after conducting a series of dummy runs over past days.

Harrison said he had not seen his daughter for four and a half years and asked Blair to sit down with campaigners to discuss their grievances.

Harrison was fined for his involvement in the powder-bombing at Tony Blair as he spoke in the House of Commons in May of last year.

Fathers 4 Justice leader Matt O'Connor said the protest was staged "to highlight the fact that they are not addressing the issues". Enditem
