    BELGRADE, Serbia-Montenegro, Sept. 26 (Xinhuanet) -- A private helicopter crashed on Monday in the mountainous Balkan republic of Montenegro, killing four people, including an American and a Belgian, according to reports reaching here from the Montenegro capital of Podgorica. Enditem
