| GAZA, Sept. 24 (Xinhuanet) -- Four Palestinians were killed on Saturday afternoon after an Israeli army drone targeted a car that drove in Zaitoon neighborhood in southern Gaza City, local witnesses and medical sources said.
They said that a car with three militants in it was hit by one missile fired by an Israeli army reconnaissance drone in the Zaitoo neighborhood of Gaza City, killing the three and damaging a second car that drove behind it.
The medical sources said that a fourth Palestinian that was in the other car was also killed, while several people were injured who were all taken to the local Shiffa Hospital for treatment.
The witnesses said they heard a huge explosion in the area,where dozens of people rushed to the scene to see what happened,adding that they saw flames of fire are coming out from two cars.
Several ambulances were called to the place and began to evacuate the remains of the dead bodies as well as those were injured, they added.
The identity of the four was not immediately known, however,some people said that the three militants were in the car arearmed wing members of the radical Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), who were on their way to fire homemade rockets at Israel.Enditem
