BAGHDAD, Sept. 14 (Xinhuanet) -- Three powerful blasts rocked Baghdad on Wednesday, causing casualties, police said.

   One powerful blast occurred in the crowded Allawi district in central Baghdad and another in the al-Doura district in southern Baghdad, an Interior Ministry source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.

   Meanwhile, a suicide car bomber drove his explosive-laden vehicle to a US military convoy in Damascus Square in Salhiyah district in central Baghdad, the source said.
