    HONG KONG, Sept. 14 (Xinhuanet) -- An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale jolted the sea waters west of Nicobar Islands of India at 10:39 p.m. (1439 GMT) on Tuesday.

    According to a press release from Hong Kong Observatory on Wednesday, the epicenter was initially determined to be 8.0 north latitude and 91.9 east longitude. Enditem
