DPRK delegation arrives in Beijing

    BEIJING, Sept. 13 (Xinhuanet) -- The delegation from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) arrived here Tuesday morning for the second phase of the fourth-round six-party talks on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue.
