    BEIJING, Sept. 12 (Xinhuanet) -- Top Chinese legislator Wu Bangguo returned to Beijing Monday after paying an official good-will visit to Morocco and attending the UN Second World Conference of Speakers of Parliaments.

    Wu's wife Zhang Ruizhen, vice-chairman of China's National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee Sheng Huaren and Wu's entourage returned aboard the same plane. Enditem
