URGENT: Japan's lower house election kicks off

    TOKYO, Sept. 11 (Xinhuanet) -- Japan's lower house election kickedoff at 7:00 a.m. (local time) Sunday morning (2200 GMT, Saturday) as media polls showed that the ruling party, the Liberal-Democratic Party, would continue to stay in power.
